How do you know Online Behavioural Auditing works?

This is usually one of the key questions asked when people become aware of the Online Behavioural Assessment methodology, and needs to be answered to help them fully understand how it could help them.

Since Online Behavioural Auditing was developed by the HPO a number of years ago, it has been used by many organisations. Feedback indicates a clear alignment between what is actually happening within the organisation and the content of the report it produces. This use has been in countries as far apart as Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, USA and several European countries. A Case Study is available for a number of these applications.

It has also been used for four years by the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, as an element of their MBA Quality Management course. This has resulted in a very positive academic endorsement of both the approach and the tool that uses it. The review of this use is attached.

It can be seen, therefore, that there is a wealth of evidence that the approach works and delivers results that can be relied upon to give a clear picture of compliance and effectiveness risks.
